Die jeweils Gruppen ersten und zweiten und die beiden besten drittplatzierten spielen um den Hanse Cup.

Die restlichen dritt- und viertplatzierten spielen um den Challenge Cup.

Bei Punktgleichheit zählt das bessere Torverhältnis.
